Bryan has been a member of the Oakland Police Department since 2000. Bryan has been assigned to the Patrol Division and Beat Health and is currently an acting sergeant in Patrol 1/6B.
Bryan has been a board member for 3 years and currently serves on the by-law, RMT, patrol shift, and website committee.
Some of Bryan’s goals as Secretary for 2010 are to encourage members to participate in the affairs of the OPOA, enhance the communication between the OPOA and its members, and seek new opportunities to enhance the working conditions for the members.
